Laurena is a certified energy auditor with the Association of Energy Engineers and a Registered Professional Engineer of Mauritius.

Rishta is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001. She is currently serving as QHSE & Sustainability Manager at Kolos Cement Ltd. Additionally, she also serves on the board of the Green Building Council Mauritius.
